At Seeds of Hope MN, we believe in the power of compassion to spark lasting change. We are a grassroots community service organization dedicated to uplifting vulnerable and marginalized populations by shining a light on critical issues such as human trafficking, domestic violence, and unhoused youth.
We do this through:
Acts of service that channel resources in support of those affected by these issues.

Engaging in partnerships to support other organizations that align to our core mission.
Seeds of Hope MN began in 2021 by Lisa Sulack, whose journey began with a simple yet profound act of kindness: creating 91 Bags of Hope from her home, with the support of friends and family. What started as one person’s response to injustice has grown into a thriving movement fueled by love, generosity, and community spirit.
In 2025, Seeds of Hope MN officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, but our heart remains the same: to create a community rooted in compassion, driven by action, and filled with hope.
